I get what it’s like to feel uninspired, get stuck in old patterns and struggle to find balance. Social occasions can often feel loaded, work stress can take its toll – and meanwhile you want to find a way to look after yourself without it feeling like another full time job.

 And trying to figure that out alone on top of everything else you have to juggle? It’s tough.
