How This Works
If you value the face-to-face aspect too, my Hybrid Coaching service is for you.
We get started with a Welcome Call to have a chat about where you're at right now and what you want to work on. From there, your programme is built with these things in mind and your in-person sessions are booked in.
Alongside your programme, you'll choose between 2 or 3 gym-based check-ins per month to go through whatever you need. This service is great if you're looking to build your gym confidence — whether it's knowing your way around a gym or developing more confidence in how you move and your lifting technique.
Your programme will be reviewed weekly in line with your progress, taking 'life' into consideration as we go. To support this, and your in-person sessions, you'll have ongoing support to ask any questions along the way.
